JOURNAL OF MILLENNIAL STUDIES

Information for Authors

Manuscripts should typically be 15-45 pages in length, but longer works are considered.  Citations should conform to an established format for the relevant discipline; Chicago Manual is preferred.  Include a cover letter with the author's name, address, email address, phone number, and academic affiliation if any.  Artwork and illustrations bearing on the work are very welcome, but originals should not be sent unless requested; send high-quality scannable copies.  Illustrations could also be included on disk.  Please send a hard copy of the manuscript, accompanied by a clearly labeled (with author's name and word processing program) disk, to the following address:

Beth Forrest, Center for Millennial Studies, Boston University, 704 Commonwealth Ave., Suite 205, Boston, MA 02215

Microsoft Word and Corel WordPerfect are strongly preferred.
Submissions in other formats will take much longer to process.

Authors are encouraged to republish their work in a traditional print medium.  Please contact the Managing Editor with any questions.

Book Reviews

The Journal publishes reviews of both academic and "primary" sources related to millennial issues.  In addition, the Journal will also be creating a section for reviews of "forgotten books" -- books in the field that did not receive attention when originally published.  Those who would like to submit a book review of either type should contact the Managing Editor .
